Literal Translation: without ripening, fruit falls, reproachful.

"熟さずに落ちる果実" may mean a young immature person.

4) Nature or Season: No KIGO, but images before fall.
5) Motivation of making HAIKU: I am sorry to say, in recent years there are many infanticides in Japan.
