ＨＡＩＫＵ ｅａｓｙ
Next poet is TAKAHAMA KYOSHI(1874-1959), he is HAIJIN and novelist. He presided over the HAIKU magazine HOTOTOGISU, and reigned in the haiku world.
He insisted KYAKKAN-SHASEI and KACHOU-FUUEI, the former is objective and sketch (~objective), the latter is KACHOU-FUUGETSU and like 5-7-5 structure.
However, he also includes human deeds in KCHOU-FUUGETSU. One of them is,
去年今年 貫く棒の 如きもの（こぞことし つらぬくぼうの ごときもの）
Literal Translation: last year this year, rod peneterate, something like.
1) Free Translation: There is something like rod, penetrating through last year and this year.
2) Structure: 5-7-5
3) Human Being or Human Society: This poem doesn't sing human relations. Only rigid time (or his wish?) exists.
4) Nature or Season: Season, the end of last year and the start of this year
5) Motivation of making HAIKU: People wants to distinguish the history or the age, but I don't.
6) Technics: No comment.
